Films with a Focus

It was an honor to create films for the 2025 Lancaster Chamber Annual Dinner. Our goal was to intentionally craft a series of films to align with the broader event’s themes of embracing moments of critical change.
Every film features a pivotal moment for each honoree – the instant when everything changed. Each of these incredible leaders took a step – either a small choice or bold decision – that altered the course of their career, and changed our community for the better.

Willonda McCloud
The CEO of Bright Side Opportunities Center changed the course of her career when she asked another woman to mentor her, and discovered the power of mentorship in her own life, and the lives of others.

Every Choice Matters
Taking inspiration from our subjects, we constructed these films with intentionality, knowing that every decision we made, from setting to props to lighting, would change the viewer’s experience of the films. With that mentality, each choice gives every other choice more meaning.
So we wanted to do more than film the honorees on a blank backdrop. We built mini-worlds for each of them that represented their work and their personalities, reinforcing their words.

Event Motion Graphics
During the Lancaster Chamber Annual Dinner itself, we wanted to give each moment its own special flair. For every on-screen transition and introduction, we used branding assets (designed by our Lancaster neighbors Tower Marketing) to create beautiful and eye-catching animations that kept the event screens lively and continually interesting, while invoking the topics and themes of the event.
